In the first usage, the generator is built using the default values , .
In the second usage, the generator is built using the value .

The combinations generator generates a collection of

that contains all the permutations of all the subsets with elements of a set with elements.The subsets are generated in lexical order, and for each subset all the corresponding injective functions are generated in lexical order.
