From OpenTURNS to FMI
---------------------
The focus of OTFMI module is to enable FMUs analysis using OpenTURNS.
Once a computationnally heavy FMU is metamodeled, the modeler may want to employ
the metamodel *instead of the FMU* in the simulation tool.
