GammaCorrection function.

$\forall x \in \Rset^*_+, \quad GammaCorrection(a) = \log (\Gamma(a)) - \log (\sqrt{2\Pi}) + a - (a - 0.5) \log(a)$

with $\Gamma$ the Gamma function.
